Guy Théroux

Guy is one of those unique colleagues who appears out of the blue from a referral, and shortly after meeting him, you can’t imagine how you ever managed without him. He brings over 25 years of varied and relevant facilitation and training experience to any learning and consulting context, and is equally brilliant in both official languages.

Guy’s background in psychology, sociology, alternative dispute resolution and relationship awareness (SDI®) has allowed him to offer a wide array of services to organizations and communities. It is his calm and professional demeanor that encourages clients to trust his experience and expertise, and assist them in achieving their goals.

Guy’s fields of expertise are facilitation, planning, needs assessment, strategic planning, project coordination, community development, as well as change and transition management. He also provide leadership, management, conflict resolution and team building training as well as, retirement coaching to assist in work-life transitions.

From 1997 to 2000, he partnered with METAconnexion inc. to offer training sessions in the areas of creative problem solving, stress management and conflict resolution to the Ministry of Fisheries and Oceans and the Department of National Defence. It is clear that Guy brings incredible value to the GAEL team.
